Homburg Invest Inc. (HII) is a real estate investment and development
company, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and on the NYSE
Euronext Amsterdam. Over the past 40 years HII has built a strong and stable
business model.
The activities consist of acquiring interests in real estate. The investment
policy of HII calls for a mixed portfolio of residential and office buildings
with multiple units, retail and industrial buildings with a wide geographic
spread. The portfolio of HII has a total asset value of CAD $ 3.3 billion
worldwide.
