Edward P. Ovsenny
Mr. Ovsenny (Toronto, ON, Canada) is Principal of Ovsenny Advisors
International, an international real estate consulting firm.
Up to 2001, he was Vice President of Mortgage Investments for Canada Life
Assurance Company, a position involving a wide range of real estate investment
and portfolio management activities. Mr. Ovsenny served as a director of Canada
Life Insurance Company Limited until 2008 and was a member of the Audit and
Conduct Review Committees of the company.
Mr. Ovsenny has been a director of Homburg Invest Inc. since April, 2002. He
is Vice Chairman of the Board and chairs the Audit Committee.
