Philip O’Brien
Mr. O’Brien (Montreal, QC, Canada) is currently an Advisor with Viger DMC in
Montreal. He founded Devoncore in 1972 and after more than 30 years of leading
the company he is now concentrating his energies in mixed use projects using his
experience as a catalyst for creative re-use.

Western hub.
