Homburg Invest Inc. will follow an active acquisition policy whereby –
observing the criteria stated below – investments will be made in Canadian, U.S.
and European properties through both direct and indirect participation.
The geographic spread of the investments is considered very important.
Homburg Invest Inc. intends to invest in regions where the greatest results can
be achieved using the standards of a prudent investor including the quality of
the project and the creditworthiness of the tenants.
Other criteria that plays a role in the direct acquisition of property are
the following:
• occupancy history of the property;
• terms of existing leases; and
• long term leases in place.
