Centron Park is in the South East area of the city of Calgary and the concept
is that of a business campus. The campus will provide an extensive landscaped
park like environment from which to enjoy the great views of downtown Calgary
and the mountains beyond, as the site itself is located on a bluff. The site
itself is 19.5 acres and the finished buildings will have about 400,000 net
leasable area.
The development plans are for seven buildings of differing sizes ranging from
one story to three stories. There will be a mix of underground parking and
surface parking. Currently, there three buildings that are essentially complete,
and there is a tenant renting one floor of one of these buildings, with a second
tenant scheduled to occupy another floor in the near future.
