A planned condominium project in the SW design district of Calgary. This
project has had development approval by the City of Calgary and most of the
initial planning and engineering has been completed. The design will be a 31
floor 214 unit condominium tower that would service mid level purchasers of
condominiums. The construction of this tower will be concrete and glass and the
face will have a curve to it. The ground floor will be a podium upon which the
tower will rise. The lot itself will be fully landscaped with a courtyard and
garden type ambience.
