Currently under construction, this will be the first new hotel development in
Downtown Charlottetown in over 25 years. An atrium will travel up through the
centre core of the hotel to a large skylight. The top floor of the hotel will be
a single level, 2,200 square foot luxury presidential suite with a large
wrap-around terrace and 360 degree views.

located on the south shore of Prince Edward Island. Charlottetown is the capital
city of Prince Edward Island and its economy is dominated by the public sector.
Charlottetown's central location in the province makes it a natural
transportation hub. Historically it was the centre of the province's railway
