Most of the company’s current development pipeline is in Canada. In certain geographic areas, the Province of Alberta, being a prime-example, reductions in capitalization rates in prior years created opportunities to acquire development properties and land assemblies which the Company is well-positioned to realize on presently and into future years.

The Calgary Area

  • Homburg Harris / Penn West, Calgary

    Homburg Harris is a two tower Class AA office tower development in the core downtown of Calgary. The towers are 10 and 20 story tall, constructed of glass and concrete and contain approximately 635,000 square feet of net leaseable area.

  • Castello Towers, Calgary

    Castello is a mid level 19 story 106 unit condominium development in the South Central area of Calgary. This project also is recently completed and there currently remain about 25% of suites to sell.

  • Cristal Towers, Calgary

    A planned condominium project in the SW design district of Calgary. This project has had development approval by the City of Calgary and most of the initial planning and engineering has been completed.

  • Churchill Estates, Calgary

    Churchill is a high end condominium project in the prestigious Eau Claire region of Calgary Alberta, near the Bow River. The building is finished in very high quality, with large suites and quality hard wood through out.

  • Centron Park, Calgary

    Centron Park is in the South East area of the city of Calgary and the concept is that of a business campus. The campus will provide an extensive landscaped park like environment from which to enjoy the great views of downtown Calgary and the mountains beyond, as the site itself is located on a bluff.

The Edmonton Area

  • Clareview Courts, Edmonton

    Appartmentcomplex Clareview is located at 4245-139 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Eight kilometres at North-east of the downtown center and is well reachable from the south and west by means of the Yellowhead Trail, 137 Avenua or with public transportations.

The Montréal Area

  • Viger, Montréal

    Conceptually, this project is a multi use urban resort adjacent to Old Montreal in the heart of Montréal.

The Charlottetown Area

  • The Northumberland, Charlottetown

    The Northumberland is a beautiful 44 unit luxury condominium development located on Pownal Street in downtown Charlottetown PEI. This project’s construction phase has been completed and over 50% of the units have been sold.

  • Fitzroy Building, Charlottetown

    The Fitzroy office building is an 8-storey office building. The eighth floor has already been leased to a financial brokerage company.

  • BDC Place, Charlottetown

    This 7-storey office building located in Downtown Charlottetown is a class "A" building with amenities such as on-site maintenance, 24 hour security and views of the harbour.

  • National Bank Tower, Charlottetown

    This 6-storey office building acts as the main entrance to The Shops of Confederation Court Mall and houses such tenants as RBC Dominion Securities and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

    The Shops of Confederation Court Mall is Atlantic Canada's most unique shopping experience with many locally-owned shops and services.

  • The Holman Grand Hotel, Charlottetown

    Currently under construction, this will be the first new hotel development in Downtown Charlottetown in over 25 years.

The Grande Prairie Area

  • Inverness Estates, Grande Prairie

    Inverness is a condominium project that was built in Grande Prairie Alberta. The project was multi-phase and consists of three four level buildings that are situated to form a horseshoe like configuration.
