Inverness Estates, Grande Prairie

Inverness is a condominium project that was built in Grande Prairie Alberta. The project was multi-phase and consists of three four level buildings that are situated to form a horseshoe like configuration. The three buildings have 249 total units and to date two thirds have been sold, the remaining of which continue to sell at a steady pace. The units themselves would be considered a luxury condominium of high quality in the Grande Prairie market. The design incorporates that each building has underground parking for all units; as well as, a well landscaped park like setting surrounding the buildings. The buildings exterior is very stylish stucco and cultured stone façade with concrete aluminum railed terraces on each suite.
