Inverness is a condominium project that was built in Grande Prairie Alberta.
The project was multi-phase and consists of three four level buildings that are
situated to form a horseshoe like configuration. The three buildings have 249
total units and to date two thirds have been sold, the remaining of which
continue to sell at a steady pace. The units themselves would be considered a
luxury condominium of high quality in the Grande Prairie market. The design
incorporates that each building has underground parking for all units; as well
as, a well landscaped park like setting surrounding the buildings. The buildings
exterior is very stylish stucco and cultured stone façade with concrete aluminum
railed terraces on each suite.
Grande Prairie is the main city in the northwestern part of the province of
Alberta in Western Canada. The city of Grande Prairie is one of Canada's fastest
growing cities and its major industries include oil and gas, agriculture,
forestry, and food services.
